Fantastic experience: Nick is an excellent trainer, he maintains the gym very well. He really cares about your personal goals and helps you achieve them. I am very happy going to this gym. Tons of equipment good early morning team. Nice place to feel the burn!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been strength training since January of '14. For the last three years, I have trained with Nick Pepper two to three times a week. His training is well-rounded. He varies each session. He modifies if necessary. I recently moved. The drive is a little bit longer than it was. Having Nick as my trainer is why I continue to come to 7:24 Fitness on the Rock. He knows his stuff! Peace
