Fantastic experience: Working out at Swift Results has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. After having a baby I was discouraged and thought I was never going to get back into shape and feel like my old self. Mark has helped me feel my best. He is incredibly patient, dedicated to his clients reaching their goals and knowledgeable, hence the name “glute factory”. I highly recommend not only Mark, but all of the other trainers at Swift Results. If you are needing a little extra motivation, don’t hesitate to set up a session. You might not be able to walk the next day, but I guarantee you will be hooked and not disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I've been training here since November of 2021 and let me tell you I've found my forever place! I started training there with the intentions of making physical changes not knowing mental changes were happening as well!! I've gained so much confidence since working with Mark. He truly makes you believe that you can achieve hard things and thw results speak for itself! Fantastic experience: Mark was absolutely amazing. From day 1 to the end I felt challenged, which was something I needed. Prior to becoming a client of marks, I had believed I knew how to work out…I was wrong. Mark showed me how to push myself and believed in me. He helped me gain muscle in all the right places. I felt more confident and stronger each time I walked out of the glute factory. I also really appreciated the relationship we developed as friends. Never once did he make me feel uncomfortable. Talked to me like family in a way. Amazing experience followed by a forever networking connection. Mark is amazing.
