Fantastic experience: This place is awesome Brad the instructor is the man. Explains the workouts well as makes sure you use proper form. Huge facility with plenty of room. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Maven is simply amazing! Brad and Faith are my favorite coaches, they always make sure you are working out safely and effectively. Everyone is super friendly and always there to help. I have seen the best and longest lasting results when following the Maven programming. I would highly recommend trying this place out.
