Fantastic experience: Was visiting Roanoke and worked out here for a week. Excellent gym, equipment and coaches. The community was extremely welcoming and fun to work out with. By far, the best part of this box is the programming. The workouts were intense but fluid and I left every day with a serious sense of accomplishment!

Fantastic experience: Great box with nice equipment...extremely clean and well maintained. I dropped in to get a workout while staying overnight traveling across the country. The coach was great and the members were extremely friendly and motivated each other during the WOD. This place is what Crossfit is all about! Definitely recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is by far, the best box in Roanoke! The members are super friendly and welcoming and the programming truly is constantly varied functional movements! I have never climbed a rope or done a pull up in my life until I began CrossFit. I've been a member here for over 2 years! Highly recommend!!
