He makes sure you know more about your body than when you got there. He does not solely focus on your physical changes but your dietary and mental changes. You will immediately feel like you have gained a friend and have so much more courage in yourself to reach your goals after your first consultation. If you’re struggling to get into working out or back into it then please know that 1 more set will end your fears and help you reach your goals! As a first time mom I gained weight I was intimidated by. Roy showed me the damages and imbalances my body had. We worked on rehab first, then diet, we talked about mental blocks I had holding me back. Every session even if I felt like I was going to throw up I pushed through it to finish because he made me feel like I could do it and I did.
