Crunch Fitness - Roanoke

Positive experience: Not much different from any other membership gym. Squat racks are taken for 30 minutes at a time, muscleheads are slamming their deadlifts and disrupting others bc they think it looks/sounds cool. Of you can lift it up but can't control it on the way down can you really handle it? I know, I know "it's a gym, not a library". Gfys Honestly, you're better off buying a home gym to avoid being delayed and dealing with the disruptions to what should be a peaceful workout.

Fantastic experience: So friendly, very clean. Always a machine it piece of equipment available. Best choice for fitness in Roanoke.

Fantastic experience: First time ever going was yesterday and I was astounded by the cleanliness and nice chill atmosphere. Will be returning soon once my muscles heal for a membership 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Great value and the staff make you feel cared about whether or not you're there. The classes are a great value and good for people of all levels. I wish I'd found this place sooner.
