Positive experience: 24 hour bodybuilding goodness. A perfect gym for meatheads and body builders, and a very good one for powerlifters. Lots of dumbells, multiple racks, hack squat, and some good machines, including some less common ones like a GHR station, a back hyper table, and some interesting calf machines. Everything looks well worn but maintained. The owner was very nice when I went for a trial. The only downsides I can see are that there's no space for some of the more "functional" style training, like throws or sprinting, and the strip mall its in seems a little sketchy.
