Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Everyday you walk in and the team has come up with a killer workout covering different muscle groups or cardio. The sets are a mix of traditional/ classic sets and interesting new stuff that works muscle you didn’t know you have. The Management team (Josh, Laikyn, and Fares) is super active throughout the day watching your form or just keeping you motivated. You’ll hear “family” a lot when you workout with them, but it’s no joke! Everyone at the gym, workers and members are sooo welcoming and helpful. Can’t recommend this gym enough! I included an example of the workout. It seems like a lot at first but you’ll be amazed at how quick your body adjusts and starts gaining muscle with these workouts. Highly HIGHLY recommend!
