Lhtransformations Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: I started the fitness program one and half months ago. I was recuperating from shoulder surgery, and I was looking for a program to help me gain strength and weight loss. When I started Lhtransformations, I couldn't even jump rope. Today, not only I can jump rope, I feel energetic, flexible, and loss a few inches./pounds. I am able to lift my arms up and even do push ups???? I am great-full to Larry, Rosie, and the members for their support. They motivate me to give it my best. I cannot forget my boyfriend, Ben ???? since he started the program, he is s a new person. He has surprised all of us with his workouts. Not only has he lost weight, but he also feels more energetic. We work as a team and we have fun doing so. We love u Larry and Rosie ❤ Thank you!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing community experience! The coaches show up motivated day in, day out and are truly there for the members. I have been active in sports/gyms all my life and the experience here is very unique. Come as you are and you are welcomed- everyone encourages each other and at the same time, you don't feel pressure or intimidated. The classes are great for any level and they meet you and challenge you wherever you're at. Very chill vibe! It feels like a team :)

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym and I really enjoy it. Larry and his team are amazing and the people that workout there are also great. He takes the time to teach you modifications while encouraging you to do your best. Rosie is really nice and attentive, the place has a great energy. I highly recommend this facility, is a bit small but is huge in energy!!

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to these classes and having the option of outdoor classes. The gym is intimate where you are called by your name and feels like a community. They also provide motivation, meal ideas, and one on ones to provide you with support on your goals. I recommend this place...

Fantastic experience: I’m new, but I already love this place. They work around my schedule and that’s one thing I appreciate. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. They push me and I love it. I do not regret my decision to join this amazing fit fam. And when you can’t come in you have the virtual classes. It’s amazing. Can’t wait to see the amazing results I’m going to have.
