B&G Fit Club

Fantastic experience: I have seen first hand the transformation of their work! Not only are they masters of their trade, they big hearts! They constantly give back to the community from homeless outreach to finding homes for puppies! Beautiful big new facility with amazing classes and trainers. Only place I would trust with training me and my boys...(photos are of clothes donated for the less fortunate)

Fantastic experience: I love working out at this facility! I’ve been working out with Lauren for about 9 months now and she is amazing. She knows exactly how much to push me and I’ve seen awesome results with her. This new gym is very spacious, has high quality equipment, and very clean!

Fantastic experience: For anyone that appreciates Quality, High End Service, Attention to Detail, Amazing Gym Atmosphere, Top of the Line Equipment, Extreme Knowledge in all fields of fitness/nutrition/mental this is the ONLY gym you should be joining! Brendan and Lauren are not only amazing humans but take the extra mile in all aspects of their business. This place as completely rejuvenated my attitude and has refocused me when I was at rock bottom physically and mentally. They hold you accountable, push you when you don’t think you have anymore and help build a strong foundation. This place is more than a gym and it’s just the beginning!

Fantastic experience: Before meeting Lauren, I barely worked out. 5 pound weights were a struggle for me. Now, I have been training with Lauren for 1.5 years and my body, eating habits and life style has changed drastically- making me happier in all aspects of my life. Lauren’s work outs are always different, never boring, always challenging. She listens to your personal goals and caters your work outs to them. She often shares diet tips/recipes as well. While I have not trained with Brendan personally, you can tell just from watching him with his clients he is just as amazing as Lauren. The facility is beautiful, clean, the equipment is state of the art. I Highly recommend B&G to anyone- whether you are a beginner with no knowledge of fitness (like I was!)or if you’re looking for an extra push and someone to hold you accountable !

Fantastic experience: I have heard about B&G’s fitness programs for a while through a friend of mine! I finally took the initiative to sign up and start classes with Lauren! Not only is she fun and energetic during her classes, but she is extremely motivating and supportive of all her clients ! Lauren is super diligent in her work and pushes her clients to be the best they can be! Working out in her B&G sessions so far have been super fun and motivating ! I am beyond happy with my decision in signing up and look forward to renewing my membership for the following months!! Go check them out!!
