UFC Gym Riverdale

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve been to. No pretentious attitudes or personalities that I had become accustomed to when living in south Florida. Was offered a free session with a trainer; he listened to my weaknesses and immediately corrected my bad form. The members are friendly and I feel like I’m safe and working out with my family witch is, for a person like me, something you just can’t put a price on.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been a fan of UFC gyms, until now. The other day I visited the Riverdale location to check it out, and I was very impressed. I got greeted by Chris, Chris was nothing but outstanding and he was very knowledgeable on what the gym offers. I told him I did not have time to try the day pass, because I was in a rush and hungry, then he brought me over to the smoothie bar and told me about the benefits of the smoothies they offered. I ended up buying a smoothie. When I say this I mean it, hands down the best smoothie I’ve have ever had in my life. I was not hungry for hours after the smoothie. What makes this UFC gym unique is Chris and the smoothie bar. I wish I would live close by, otherwise this would be my home gym.

Fantastic experience: Love the environment and coaches as well as the unbeatable price. The facility is top notch and the instructors are incredibly skilled at not only martial arts, but teaching. They seem genuinely excited and interested in helping students improve. Utmost appreciation for the entire staff! Thank you all for your time and effort, it means a lot.
