Fantastic experience: I love total body gym, although I don’t go near enough. Timmy and Judy were always helpful to me. They have given me advice on diet and exercise, and they have always encouraged me. I was worried at first to join the gym because I noticed all of these body builders there, and I’m not in good shape: I never felt out of place here. Even though I’m at a beginner level, I felt like I was apart of the family too. The people in this gym just want to help.
