Fantastic experience: This gym is more like a second home for me. I cannot stress the high quality and level of coaching at Double Edge one just can’t find in most boxes/gyms. The coaches go out of their way to assist with modifications that provide an awesome workout, regardless of fitness level, injury, or personal ability.

Fantastic experience: Double Edge south is a phenomenal facility with state of the art equipment. Most importantly the coaching staff and employees are very kind, energetic, knowledgeable and caring. Joel is the man! Highly reccomend to anyone looking to expand their fitness routines and get an excellent workout!
