Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Tom knows fitness and has been doing it his whole life. The gym is clean, family friendly and the staff and trainers are so helpful. They have everything I need for my workouts. They also offer personal training which I used for a few years to bulk up. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is just starting out in exercise or for the long time fitness nuts. Best little gym in town!
