Performance Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: I have never been a person who likes to exercise or go to gyms, so in 2018 when I searched for a personal trainer, it was important to find a good fit. I needed both a person who made me feel comfortable as well as a space where I could feel at ease. I found both those things in working with Bruno Bianchi at Performance Fitness Studio. Bruno is very good at working with people who are out of shape to get them into a healthier body and mind. I am stronger, stand taller, and feel more confident in my abilities! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’m 83 years old and started going to Bruno’s Studio more than 20 years ago and still going to him, because he has helped me to keep my body flexible and strong, despite the aging process everybody goes through.
