Fantastic experience: Results speak for themselves 7 weeks at a plateau and been with trainers in prior years including a former Mr USA In one week at I Am Fit studio, training, and nutrition plan, with the huge help of Ernie and Michelle I got past a 7 week plateau I was in and not just by a little but a 9 lb loss in 1 week Very knowledgeable and professional Can't wait for the 6 pack to show in a few months (Rome wasn't built in a day) back to looking good feeling great and having energy again I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get into tip top shape.
