Fantastic experience: Amber is an amazing trainer/coach! I have seen her change the lives of many people! Most gyms and personal training facilities claim to get their clients results! But I have never seen another boot camp or gym that has a track record of helping overweight people drop so much!
Fantastic experience: Amber at Figure 8 Fitness has helped me and my family become a much healthier, happier family. My husband and I started with Amber Apr 2013 and in 7 months I have lost 42lbs and my husband has lost 58lbs. She has given us guidance on food, diet and exercise. the knowledge that she has and shares with her clients is priceless! Thank you Amber for pushing, motivating and showing us that being healthy is a way of life we all deserve and CAN achieve!
