Positive experience: I only use the heavy bags these bags are left over from UFC part of gym they are Muay Thia only offer some movement, not crowded when I go (10 am)

Positive experience: Great place to work out at. The staff if very friendly and helpful. Only downside are the showers. They do not smell/look upkeeped.
