Coach Ron is from Providence, RI. Upon graduating from high school he enlisted in the Unties States Army. During his time in the service he worked in communications. He has been boxing and kickboxing for a long time and loves to keep his skills sharp and training others! When he is not at TITLE, Coach Ron loves to garden, spend time with his Granddaughter, and stay active with working out or other sports!

My why:I love that I found a place that I can maintain my skills, and at the same time, help others! I love being able to us my training experience to help others with their skill and techniques while developing their fitness and building their confidence through boxing!

Paul is from Goldsboro, NC and attended THE North Carolina State University! He completed a degree in Animal Science before attending ECU to study biology and biotechnology. Paul is very passionate about science and animals. Currently, Paul works at Lonza RTP when he is not teaching. He started as a member at TITLE over 5 years ago and it completely changed his life. He gives his all in every class when working out, so you will see that same energy when teaching!  When Paul isn’t teaching he loves basketball, video games, seeing friends, and spending time with his fiancé and dogs. He is ready to chat if you have any NBA or NFL takes!

My why:I have had a passion for fitness from an early age and now I enjoy sharing my knowledge and fitness journey with others. I seek to inspire others to find the best path for them, in becoming their best selves.

What gives me my fighting spirit:I was extremely overweight from 5th through 7th grade. I motivated and challenged myself to eat better and do something about it. My brother and I ran 3 miles everyday over the summer before 8th grade and I lost 15lbs. Ever since then, I began improving my diet and getting into training. I promised myself that I would never go back, overcoming my depression and anxiety over the way I felt about myself. My "never rest, never settle" mentality that developed from this experience gives me the strength to keep improving and help others!

Jerry was from Casewell County, NC before settling in the Triangle Area. He attended ITT Tech and then began training. He has been boxing and training people for eight years now and love working with members to help them reach their goals. Outside of TITLE, Jerry loves to invest, eat and travel!!

Larry Foreman, originally from Queens, NY, says his experience as an athlete was God given. He participated in basketball, football and track in high school. Larry fell in love with the Sweet Science of Boxing after watching his first boxing match between Hagler and Hearns. Larry always says “Training is not what I do, it is who I am.” His other hobbies include reading books and watching movie, especially Kung Fu!

My why:Boxing is my first love, so it would only make sense to work at a Boxing Club where I can continue to improve my skill and share my passion with others.

What gives me my fighting spirit:I had high cholesterol as a child and suffered warning signs for a heart attack at 11 years old. Sometimes I couldn’t sleep because the pain was unbearable and I had a hard time keeping up with playing sports because of bad cardiovascular fitness. When I got older my cholesterol levels decreased and I was able to gain a better understanding of exercising and portion control. I never wanted to suffer those angina pains anymore and that gives me the drive to push myself everyday.

Originally from Minneapolis, Drew discovered his love for martial arts at a no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu gym when his college hockey career pulled him to Northern Minnesota. After graduating with a degree in Education, he coached hockey in Northern Minnesota and high school football in Texas (not simultaneously!). Since discovering TITLE, Drew now uses his own competitive spirit to challenge every class to work even harder than the last one. When he’s not at TITLE, you can find Drew chasing his two huskies, Archer and Lana, around the house.

Rob is ready to go each and every day….You will always get his all when you attend his class, including his connected personality and authentic approach to the work out! Rob was raised in Rowland, NC but has since been Bull City adopted and lives in Durham, NC! He graduated from the illustrious North Carolina Central University with a B.S. in Exercise Sports Science in 2015 “Eagle Pride Amplified”. If Rob is not teaching, there is a good chance he is on the bag next to you, continuing to push himself and his body to its limits. When he finally drags himself out of the club he is an artist (graphite and paint), staunch nap enthusiast, and rising home chef. “Food is always the focus”!

My why:When I was introduced to TITLE Boxing Club, I was between jobs and 40 lbs overweight. I was 26, low on confidence and didn't know what was next. Nate and the TITLE Family has given me a second chance to commit to bettering myself through bettering others!

What gives me my fighting spirit:Fear and Family. Those two things are not necessarily connected but they drive and inspire everything I do. Struggling with adversity has altered my perspective and approach to life. Fear of failure is cliche, but very real and omnipresent in my life. My family have always supported and looked after me even when I've made mistake, and I dedicate my success to their patience and unconditional love.

Nate, originally from Raleigh, N.C., attended Ravenscroft High School before going on to play four years of Division I basketball on scholarship at Western Kentucky University. After college, Nate played several years of professional basketball in the Middle East and Europe, and received a BS in Athletic Training (Sports Medicine) from North Carolina Central University. Nate’s background consists of training sports-specific movement, therapeutic exercises and functional movements, he started boxing in 2010 and has just started his pro career. Nate received personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and also holds certification in CPR/AED, Athletic Training (sports medicine), and TITLE Boxing Club and as a First Responder. Outside of TITLE Boxing Club, Nate enjoys spending time with his daughter, dancing, hugging and eating gummy bears.

My personal mantra:"Wanting something is not enough. You must hunger for it. Your motivation must be absolutely compelling in order to overcome the obstacles that will invariably come your way” -Les Brown

“YOU HAVE CANCER.” Those three words are some of the most powerful and scary words an individual can ever hear. … Read More

While our clubs across the country have been busy building your strength and confidence, we’ve also been spotted on the news, in magazines and online – and people can’t seem to get enough of our growing brand! Check it out for yourself!

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked out in a while or have never boxed before, you can finish the workout feeling great! You’ll see that everyone goes at their own pace, but believe us that once you’re here, you’ll be inspired to give it your very best!

No—not ever! Each person in class has their own heavy bag to workout on, plus their own space to move around the bag. Trust us, you won’t even realize anyone else is in the class because you’ll be so focused on the workout! And, rest easy, we never allow sparring or fighting at TITLE Boxing Club.

Boxing is a great workout, perhaps one of the most challenging of all sports, and we want to bring you the intensity of the training, minus the impact. We’ll teach you how to roll with the punches by pushing you further than you thought possible.

You bet! All of our classes are taught by instructors who will show you the ropes from the beginning. We’ll help you wrap your hands and walk you through the basic fundamentals. Everyone in class is at a different level, so take a deep breath and go at your own pace!

Make sure to also bring a bottle of water and a towel! Plan on arriving 20-30 minutes early so we can get you settled and wrap your hands.

Fantastic experience: Title has changed my life. I have been a member going on 5 years. It is the most satisfying workout I have ever done. The training staff is wonderful, and whether you are new to boxing or not, you will always have a good time.

Fantastic experience: My hubs and I started at Title Boxing last year and LOVE it! The coaches are energetic, helpful and just awesome. I definitely recommend Title Boxing to anyone at any and every level of fitness to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: Title Boxing Club is a professional, excellently run, exciting place to workout and to strive towards one's potential. The classes are as tough as you want to make them - conditioning is a huge factor, and you begin to become better conditioned after the first workout. And, the workouts are no joke. This place is legit. My wife and I have taken a hiatus from CrossFit after 7+ years to focus on boxing (for nearly a year at TBC), and we look forward to every training session, and improving with the assistance of the outstanding instructors. Try this place out. You won't regret it.
