Fantastic experience: My first experience with Aletha was awesome. Love the darkened room, hot oil and she seems to know the body very well. I feel like I benefited greatly from the stretching, which is more stretching than I have had before during a massage. I feel that being regular with her will improve my flexibility and overall well being.

Fantastic experience: Flex and flow class is great you hold the position longer for a good workout. The room is slightly warmer allowing a better stretch. If you forget your gear spare mats, blocks and blankets there for use. Instructor is easy to understand and get along with. Class is well worth the money.
