Lowes Xtreme Air Sports: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Fun place to bring the kids... They have things at different levels for everyone to enjoy. Pictures only show 2/3 of building... There's another dodge ball arena for older kids, parkour/cheer practice area, more tramps, and a ninja warrior course. When it gets busy you end up waiting for others, so I recommend coming on the down times so you get your money's worth! ;)
Positive experience: Fun little place for toddlers to play without having older kids running into them and the price is not bad. However there equipment is old and can use a lot of maintenance/cleaning. For example there are many holes in the nets, some of it is held together with duck tape, and someone needs to put these foam blocks back in the pit where they belong. Indoor playgrounds like this are fun to explore and this one does have 4 tiers but there are too many dead ends which kinda ruins the excitement.
Positive experience: This is an awesome place for kids to get their energy out while having a great time jumping and playing, but I was quite underwhelmed with our birthday party experience. The website lead me to believe that they would provide pretty much everything you need: tablecloth, plates, napkins, cups, water, etc. with a photo that was colorful and picturesque. However, everything was the bare minimum. Extremely thin plastic dollar store tablecloth (in none of the colors they said would be available), cheap white paper plates, one-ply diner napkins, huge dingy ICEE cups (a product they don't even offer..?) and flimsy water bottles. Luckily, I had brought my own supplies to supplement or else it would have been a pretty sad presentation. There was also a huge extension cord running through our reserved space that wasn't plugged into anything.. which was unsightly and a tripping hazard. To top it all off, the employees were all teenagers, none of whom seemed to know what was going on or what they were doing. They never checked in on how things were going or offered us any service whatsoever. Overall, it was definitely not worth the almost $200 I paid.
Positive experience: We had fun but it was hard use some things because babies were blocking big kids section and some kids just cut lines there is no one watches for those. Maybe it’s because we were there when it was busy. But still it seemed like they needed more staffs to everyone to have equal chance to use them.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym, ever since it was PPT. This is a small family-run business and it should stay in business for ever.
