Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a commercial strength home treadmill for a few months. After returning two I purchased from companies on Amazon I almost gave up on a strong, well built treadmill until I happened upon the Horizon Fitness website. After reading reviews on their various treadmills, I decided on the 7.4 model treadmill but did not want to order it online because it was about a month wait for shipment and delivery from Horizon Fitness. Also, I wanted to test it out first, to my surprise I found two places near where I live that sell the Horizon treadmills. My wife and I went to Foothill Fitness in Sandy, where Nick answered all our questions and explained the difference between the models. We purchased the 7.4 model, there was a two week wait on delivery but Nick said he would deliver it to our house and set it up. Nick was true to his word and two days after we purchased our treadmill he delivered it to our house in his personal vehicle and set it up for us. Once it was set up he made sure everything was working properly. Wonderful customer service and excellent treadmill. Thank You Foothill Fitness and Nick.
