Fantastic experience: Very relaxed atmosphere. Neither the members or machines are intimidating. They have a plenty of resistance machines to use and you can lift as much (or as little) as you wish. Very nice place.

Fantastic experience: Always clean facility with a helpful and friendly staff. Restrooms, locker rooms, and equipment are frequently cleaned, sanitized, and well maintained. Wide variety of equipment and programs to meet your fitness needs. We particularly love the Wellness in Water program and therapists. They do an exceptional job with clients in the form of therapy and rehabilitation through aquatics.
