R3 Boxing

Fantastic experience: R3 boxing is a “one of a kind” excellent fitness experience. Brady and Pia have created a family atmosphere where you become part of the R3 family, they make you physically fit and help you manage your mental/emotional health through Pia’s Health Coaching Service. Brady makes you want to get fit and become better boxer. He will push you to your limit! They are a unique Tour de Force whom I highly recommend to anyone who wants to be fit, physically and emotionally and be a part of something really cool!

Fantastic experience: I have tried a few other boxing studios in the past and nothing compares. Brady is an excellent teacher, provides an extremely professional & fun environment and you will gain skills quickly. His classes offer high intensity cardio workouts which conditions you like no other. My endurances+stamina have stayed with me despite the Covid break. It's great to be back to my favorite boxing studio! :)
