Fantastic experience: I have been training with Anatoliy for four months now. Anatoliy is very professional and always makes sure that I do not injure myself while working out. Anatoliy always explains the workout in detail. When I joined I had very weak balance and had a weak back which used to get hurt easily. In four months I can definitely see an improvement. My balance is very much better and I am no longer feeling concerned about by back. In fact in last week, I went on a slide after a long time and did 13 hours of driving in 2 days with no back problems, which is amazing.
