Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The owner is very nice and mellow. The gym itself is very relaxing and no pressure or having to worry going to a big gym and being intimidated by all the other members who are so hard core. This is a great place to go if you just want a worry atmosphere where you can go at your own pace and I love the small classes!
