Fantastic experience: This is a great gym! Its designed for personal one on one training so you will need to be assigned to one of their trainers. I recommend either Kirk or Chris. Overall, I have been going to the gym for years on my own, getting small results in my weight loss. However for the 8 months that I have been working with Kirk, I've lost over 55 lbs and unlocked a new strength that I never knew I had. Kirk is very patient and focuses on you doing the work outs right. He's not one of those stereotypical trainers that will yell at you and belittle you. He makes you feel good about yourself so that you want to become better.
