CrossFit^® SLICE

Fantastic experience: I have had a great time here this week. The front has no sign or anything letting you know where they are, but once you find it you'll be coming back for more.

Fantastic experience: I had never participated in any type of CrossFit activity prior to walking into CrossFit Slice. On day 1 I was immediately greeted by one of the owners at the door. All of the others there were also very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and encouraging. They offer modifications if there is something you aren’t able to complete and proper form is a priority for them to prevent anyone from getting injured. Throughout each workout they push you to do your best from start to finish and will not let you leave without giving you a high five or elbow bump. (thanks COVID) I cannot recommend CrossFit Slice enough. Great atmosphere, tough workouts and lots of fun.
