Fantastic experience: We've been members for a few years. The coaches are awesome and know their stuff. They make workout fun and very easy to "Show up and obey." When my husband had a broken arm, they came up with other workouts to accommodate a sling and the recovery time. I've become part of this community and love their professionalism

Fantastic experience: This CrossFit gym is amazing. The coaches are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. The environment is definitely judgment free and very supportive. All of the coaches have pushed me and motivated me to accomplish workouts and weights I never thought I would conquer. Its officially been 5 weeks that I've been attending classes at CrossFit Tradition and I must admit, between the coaches, their awesome programs, and my peers Im hooked. I was in a place in my life that I lost myself, being a first time mom in a new state with no immediate family. This gym gave me more then just my confidence back, it also has given me a sense of family and community. I feel grounded again and so much happier. I will forever be grateful that I came across CrossFit Tradition.

Fantastic experience: The best gym ever. It has been a full year and 4 months since I've been going there. Great gym family. Great criticism to be a better athlete. I am so glad to have found this crossfit gym. Coaches are awesome.
