Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing!!! The instructors are so welcoming and they are no joke!!! If you want to get in shape fast, this is the place to come!!! All members are so friendly. I am so grateful I found them!!! Best workout ever!!!!????

Fantastic experience: I have been taking the fitness kickboxing and cross training classes for about 6 months. Also did 6 week personal trading with Christina. ( she is awesome!). I highly recommend trying them out. Classes are fun and everyone is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. They will help you anyway they can.
