Nederland Fit Body Boot Camp

Fantastic experience: Love my FBBC fam at Nederland. Great place for a structured workout where the coaches care a lot and really encourage you to become the healthiest version of yourself. Couldn't imagine working out anywhere else ❤

Fantastic experience: Ms. Jayde and Ms. Brittany always friendly and awesome coaches in Fit Body Boot camp in Nederland. Not being from the area they made me feel welcomed, and I felt comfortable walking in every time. I was hesitant at first enrolling cause thought they were going to have those ridiculous long term contracts like other gyms, but they didnt❤️ The workouts (HIIT, Circuit, Tabata, TRX, AMRAPs) were always challenging for both men and women❤️????The finishers were so fun and funny LOL. Loved the great choice of music. Those morning workouts helped me get through the day; there was never a regret after each workout. I walked out so energize every time. This is a fantastic gym with plenty of equipment. I would say this is one of the best facilities around the area...not pricey, gym always clean and plenty of parking. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
