Fantastic experience: This is an excellent place for women to continue their fitness journey or to start one. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and encouraging. I’ve been coming here for 3 months and just signed up for another 3! Best decision I have ever made.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never belonged to a gym before. This one gives you the support and encouragement I need to reach my goals. It’s like having your own personal trainer ever-time you go to class. They help you with your form and help you do better. So worth the money.
