Fantastic experience: After a month of going to CFMC, I am hooked! For the ladies out there that have little or no experience with weightlifting, the coaches and other members here are SUPER helpful and encouraging. I did my onboarding with Shay and she made me feel so confident and comfortable with all of the gym equipment. I’ve seen friendly faces every time I show up for a workout. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and each workout can easily be scaled back to whatever your fitness level is.

A gym where: A trained, well-educated coach is a part of all classes, monitoring you, correcting you so you won't hurt yourself; Coaches are there to help you achieve your personal goals; The coaches truly care about all their members; Everyone is friendly!; In each class, your classmates are cheering each other on; You can relieve daily stresses; A gym that is judgment free and a highlight of my day!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of many CrossFit gyms and the instructors are the best I have been associated with. Each brings their own unique knowledge in the classes. Very friendly people truly a family atmosphere

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I have to admit at first I was a little shy and scared about being new I thought everyone would judge you.
