Fantastic experience: Located on Main Street near the waterfront. Plenty of space and plenty of equipment for lifting and strength training. Group sessions if you want encouragement to work harder. The building is either new or recently renovated, and it is shared with a coffee shop.

Fantastic experience: Storm King CrossFit is an amazing place for fitness, friends and fun! You will never get a better workout, feel more supported or feel as much like a member of the community as you do at Storm King. The coaches at Storm King encourage every individual experience, there is no pressure to be a certain type of athlete. You will be challenged to push your limits in a safe way physically and for some, emotionally. If you haven't tried CrossFit yet, let this be your first adventure.
