Fantastic experience: Best workout studio I’ve been to! I always get the best workout while I’m there and the trainers are the best, they always push me to do my best. I always leave there with a good sweat and feeling great! I’m so glad I joined

Fantastic experience: F45 Pooler is absolutely amazing! All of the coaches & members are incredibly welcoming. You get amazing workouts everyday, and the coaches not only push you but really pay attention to your form as well so you are getting the most out of it! The workouts are always different, so you will never get bored. If your contemplating whether F45 is right for you… DO IT! It definitely is!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 2 years so I obviously love this place. Some may think they cost is a bit high compared to other gyms but you are almost getting personal training at an affordable price. The trainers are amazing, always pushing you to work harder and attentive if you need to modify moves due to injuries. Every class is different so you don’t get bored, and they are always coming up with fun challenges to keep the members entertained. Everyone is super nice and very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: highly motivated trainers. cost is too much but I'll drop in from time to time. warning! you will sweat. good stuff. tvs monitors help you accomplish the moves....
