Fantastic experience: Great workout. Great environment. Great coaches. Couldn’t ask for a better box to drop in at during a holiday weekend!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in to CrossFit Shear Force while visiting Savannah. I filled out the inquiry form on their website and got a text from Katie right away with the information I needed. I attended the 8:30am class all 3 days, and immediately felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I travel a lot and drop into many gyms and I will say they have a strong sense of community (which not all gyms do). All of the members were very friendly and helpful with giving me tips on things to do and places to try while I was visiting. I had Rashad as my coach all 3 days, he was very personable and an awesome coach! As a CFL1 coach who has been doing CrossFit for 7 years, I even learned a thing or two from his coaching, and new drills for handstand walks that I’d never seen before. From beginner to advanced CrossFitters, Rashad really made sure the athletes were choosing appropriate weights and using proper form. I would absolutely recommend this gym if you are in the Pooler Savannah area! If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Rashad hosted a drop-in workout for our bachelor party. The groom loves CrossFit, and had an awesome experience. Rashad went out of his way to specialize the workout and tailor it for the occasion. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend CrossFit Shear Force to anyone looking for a gym in Savannah. Will drop in next time I am in town!

Fantastic experience: Just dropped in for a class this morning and had a great time! Very friendly atmosphere and the coaching/programming was top notch. Plenty of space and equipment to get your WOD on and they have a HUGE fan that keeps a nice breeze blowing through the gym. The next time I'm in Savannah I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff + great workouts. I was visiting town for a month and was really glad I found Shear Force. Rashad and the rest of the staff were all great, would highly recommend!
