Fantastic experience: Great place great people

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. The owners/staff have always been very responsive and courteous to me and you can tell they're focused and serious about building a great gym. If you're a lifter-you will love this gym. They've got plenty of barbell and dumbbell equipment and quality machines (including local high-quality Wilder fitness brand equipment). Good selection of cardio equipment as well. This gym can fit any workout routine. They also think of the little stuff like nutrition and vending machines w/protein shakes and other post-workout nutrition. The memberships and day passes are a great value for the price. Can't say enough good things about this gym and highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a gym to join.

Fantastic experience: Just loved to the staff there. The shakes and teas are the bomb. The work out areas are wonderful. Have plenty of room to work with.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for about 6-7 months and I love this place. Heather knows her stuff. Always greeted with a smile. All the members I’ve met have been so nice and encouraging. And don’t get me started on the shakes they make. I LOVE THOSE!

Fantastic experience: I'm not a member, went in to ask the if they would hang posters. They were super nice, took me on a tour. The equipment looked really nice and group together for efficiency. Fairly clean fir a gym. No air conditioning in the weight area, but the cardio area is nice and cool. They even mentioned they have teas and smoothies available.
