Fantastic experience: Very disciplined from children to adults. You are here to learn. Great trainers... No B.S. and still fun... My 13yr old and 8yr old daughters love coming here.
Fantastic experience: Very good place for kids and adults, has weight room, a few staffs there all the time! My kids love it, training to do better in life, discipline, and most of all..self defense!! Classes are fun for the kids! And for adults, they pretty much train you on everything from Muay Thai kickboxing to ground-and-pound! A Perfect way to lose weight and conditioning your body and mind, thx.
