The Barre Pocatello

Fantastic experience: Love this exercise club! If you're looking for a nice community of folks that want to strengthen their minds and bodies this is the spot.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from San Francisco, I sampled a lot of yoga studios in Pocatello and finally found WAYLON at The Barre. He's amazing. He's a world-class teacher. What makes him good? He's deeply informed on asana alignment--his cues reminded me of some Iyengar teachers I've studied with. And his sequences are creative and fun. He's teaching at an intermediate level. If you are looking for a slow, easy flow, there's plenty of that in other studios and with other teachers in Pocatello, but if you're used to a vigorous flow with sequences and poses that will challenge you Waylon is the your guy.
