Fantastic experience: Great place, signed up about 2 weeks ago after moving to Pocatello from Logan. Staff has been super cool and helpful.

Fantastic experience: This place is a home away from home. I have been a member for 14 years and have built some of the best friendships you could ask for!! The owners are the best!!! They care about their members and the community!!! The staff always has a smile and are welcoming. If your looking to start a new fitness journey or continue with your current one Golds is a place you can call home and a place you can fit!! Thanks Golds for all you do! A++ ????????????????????

Fantastic experience: This place is great. I changed from planet fitness and I couldn't be happier. This place has better hours, way better equipment, a pool, sauna, steam room. My personal trainer was Connor- he was friendly and informative. Got this lazy bag of bones kicking butt, and now I have one. There is a famous variety of workout classes. The massage chairs are amazing. Way better than the other establishment. The value is way more than the extra cost monthly.
