Fantastic experience: Great place to come to. Staff does a great job of cleaning the equipment and making sure the benches/seats are refurbished when need be. Plenty of equipment, free weights, cardio equipment, and aerobic gear. Friendly staff, great business.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. I would really like to comment on the character of the young man behind the desk. He is always a help with new clients and can help demonstrate or spot for any lifter. He is the gift that keeps on giving.
