Core Sport Pilates Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: I started doing pilates at Core Sport last year to help with a lower back issue. The results were amazing. Within about 6 months, my back issue was under great control. Anyone can do pilates. No prior experience or athletic skill is needed. All the coaches are so helpful and can modify anything based on individual needs.

I am by no means fit, or athletic (yet!), but I still get a good challenge from the workouts, and assistance from the instructor. I encourage those reading this to try it out!

Fantastic experience: Core Sport is really a top notch facility. The instructors are REALLY WELL TRAINED and are EXTREMELY careful about preventing injuries. I especially enjoy semi-private Pilates with Jessica Post. She is kind, exceedingly knowledgeable, and is really in tune with each client. She will converse pleasantly with you while giving you the tough love we all need to become stronger! As I said before, the facility itself is really clean and well-kept. It is located in a really charming area, too! It is totally worth the investment.
