Fantastic experience: Mark the owner is awesome! He works with you to get you to the point you need to be. You can come here no matter what stage or level you are at, and feel accepted. The people here want you to meet your goals, feel better and succeed. I had been leary or even afraid of trying Crossfit, but now am so thankful!! I highly recommend this gym and coaches to anyone looking to learn more about fitness and nutrition, plus be in a really supportive atmosphere.
