Positive experience: long time senior member of vrf. new management is upgrading facility very nicely.
Fantastic experience: Being that I am new in Plymouth and looking for a facility for Water Aerobics. I’m a senior and started water aerobics at VRF and absolutely love it. I love the 3 instructors and how they challenge me. I’ve met some lovely ladies and look forward to each class.
Fantastic experience: Best place in town to work out. Great machines, excellent pool and tennis courts.
Fantastic experience: Excellent gym quiet well kept with good staff.
Fantastic experience: Member at VRFC for 3 years. Caters to the older crowd. Great Facility
