Fantastic experience: This is a perfect gym for female lifters. It’s safe, and the staff is amazing. The lifting floor is usually pretty empty and they have a great selection of machines and free weights. The lockers/showers are always clean thanks to their fabulous cleaning lady. Also, the club manager Paul is fantastic!

Let me save you any extra wasted time and assure you that Plymouth Fitness is the town's best fitness gym. Moderately priced for the all amenities, clean machines, and a community that I am looking forward to becoming more a part of - it is hard to beat this combination. Fantastic experience: I like everything about this gym. I moved to Plymouth 8 years ago. I needed a gym membership with a pool. Plymouth Fitness has a salt water pool. I had a free personal trainer to help me to learn what I needed in the excercise room. He made a schedule for me. I like the enthusiasm of the water aerobics instructors. Later, I brought my 3 years old Great Grandson swimming. I taught him to swim . He is included in my membership price. The staff are friendly. Paul , the manager, greets me every time I go to the gym. I feel better just walking into the gym. I know I am doing the best I can do for a 79 year old senior.

Fantastic experience: Clean equipment, friendly staff, fair pricing, and lots else to offer. I have been to places with more to offer but at a much higher cost. Would highly recommend this gym!
