Fantastic experience: Daren is an incredible coach, leader, and encourager. This is no ordinary CrossFit gym, in fact, it’s more like a family/team. Don’t be intimidated by the CrossFit name, the community here is very uplifting and supportive. I have made some great new friends and even better progress in my overall fitness. My wife and I love this place. One of our favorite parts of the day!! We even did our first Murph - never in a million years did we think we would do that. Keep up the great work Daren and Co.
