Fantastic experience: Love this place! My first time trying out crossfit and I'm now hooked. Great trainers, great community, lots of fun and support to motivate and push you. Even if you are scared of heavy weights and crossfit (like I was), try it out.

Fantastic experience: Omega CrossFit is home to some of the friendliest and dedicated athletes I know. The coaches create an inviting atmosphere in the box and actively encourage and instruct everyone during workouts. This is not the kind of gym that newbies will be intimidated by the experienced athletes, instead they will be encouraged and cheered by all.
