Fantastic experience: I have been with F45 since mid July of 2017 and the Plano West studio has a great team that encourages every single member through each class. Great energy and exciting atmosphere each and every day. Many class times to choose from and always great workouts. I wouldn't want to workout any other way. I definitely recommend dropping by.

Fantastic experience: If there’s was a way for me to give them 10 ???? I would. I was never a work out girl. I tried everything and I never could seem to get myself into it. The older I got the harder it got to get in shape. After COVID I gained 30lbs. I went in and found friendly, well trained & happy people that were willing to partner with me on my health journey. I dropped 30lbs and I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m 49 yrs old and I have found my tribe. The work outs are hard - but you go at your own pace.
