Fantastic experience: CFP is awesome! The coaches and members are welcoming and friendly. The programming is great too! The coaches are knowledgeable and spend time demonstrating step-by-step and assisting along the way so everyone is successful. I love feeling that sense of accomplishment after I finish each class!

Fantastic experience: I joined five months ago and have seen incredible results. I feel more confident, energized, and my mindset about exercising has completely changed. Every week I surprise myself with what I’m capable to do now. It’s a great, supportive community no matter what level of fitness you’re at. There are appropriate adjustments and accommodations for people with injuries or people at different comfort levels. It’s a safe space and I never feel judgement from coaches or members. There is also a great Teens Program that I enrolled my 13 year old brother in. It’s awesome that we get to work on our fitness and health together. It’s a great form of accountability for the both of us. I can’t recommend this place enough!
