Positive experience: It wasn't the place I gone to ,so I gave it a 4 Stars because I didn't want to down grade a place where I didn't go to. I went to Anthracite Alternatives , PLEASE GIVE THEM 5 STARS, they have what you want for HEAT in the WINTER.
